I obtained formal education in Visual Communications including graphic arts, fine art, and marketing.  I went on to graduate with honors from the Western Academy of Professional Photography in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. 

 

I have worked with many of the country's top photographers in both portrait and commercial photography and have photographed for Canada's Department of National Defence and the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence. 

 

Now located back in my hometown in Southern Alberta, Canada, I work as a Freelance Photographer and fine artist, working in oil, acrylics, and watercolor.

My favorite class in art school was the critique class. Having a conversation about the piece of art and the many interpretations, and the reasons for liking (or not) a particular work. 

 

I love time with my artist friends talking about what's new, what are they working on, and what new amazing things they are they exploring!  So, come along and we will explore and discover new creative ideas together!
